Obesity is becoming a main factor for health issues in the world. Drink lots of water, eating fruits, vegetables, proteins etc on a daily bases is very important in keeping up with a healthy diet. According to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2015-2020, a healthy eating plan:
- Emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products
- Includes lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts
- Is low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt (sodium), and added sugars
- Stays within your daily calorie needs
Many persons don’t enjoy eating healthy because they maybe don’t like the foods. But eating healthy can be rather fun. Instead of eating a regular apple or single fruits, a fruit salad could be made with the various colors. Families should take it into consideration that obesity and not eating healthy can lead to drastic things such as cancer or even death. According to the US National Library of Medicine 2018, obesity and its repercussions constitute an important source of morbidity, impaired quality of life and its complications can have a major bearing on life expectancy.
Obesity is seen in our children very regular. Children don’t go outside and play and be active anymore.
Every individual is beautiful from their head to their toes but you can be more beautiful by eating right.
